About Roberts Park

Roberts Park was built by Titus Salt as the green counterpart to the model village across the river, and the cricket ground, bandstand and promenade along the Aire are still just as he planned them. The residential streets tucked around the park edge are genuinely lovely.
Our work here is largely sympathetic renovation - the housing stock is almost all listed or in the conservation area, so jobs tend to be done carefully and to a good standard. Typical skips are midi and maxi for bathroom and kitchen strip-outs, and minis for the garden and landscaping work that is common around these plots.
Access is straightforward and our Saltaire base is a few minutes away. Private-land drops are preferred where possible; for any roadside work we sort the permit with Bradford Council in the usual way.
